- The email address your Arlo account and subscription is registered to
- The email address the person you are recommending has used for their Arlo account and subscription

Please see below for the requirements to both submit and receive an Arlo Secure referral and to benefit from the 2-months free.
Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible to Refer a Friend you (the Existing Customer) must be an Active Arlo Secure Subscriber. This means that you have an active Arlo account and are either paying for a monthly or annual Arlo Secure Plan.
- The person you are recommending must also sign up to an Arlo Secure Subscription before they can benefit from the complimentary 2-months free. They must subscribe to an Annual Payment plan only and be a First Time Subscriber (meaning they have subscribed via their account for the first time within the last 30-days).
- To receive the 2-months free the referred individual must have accepted marketing communications. This can be done in the Arlo app, via Settings > Profile > Edit Profile > Select “Contact me with product guidance, security tips and offers from Arlo & Verisure”.
- You may recommend more than one person.
- An individual who has been recommended cannot be referred again by the same or any other person.
