How do I create my account where I can save my videos?
When you add your security kit to cart you will be asked to 'sign in or register'. You will need to add your name, email and password, you will then receive an email to verify your details. Once you verified your email address you will need to login, you will then be redirected to your cart to complete your purchase. Once you have placed your order you will receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate email asking you to reset your password for security purposes, this will enable you to log in to your My Arlo account where your videos will be stored.
How do I setup my cameras?
When your cameras arrive you can download the 'Arlo Secure' app on your phone and use the password you chose on the reset password link to access your account. Your cameras will include step by step instructions on how to set up your cameras and start capturing videos right away.

Can I cancel my cloud storage?
Your security kit includes 12 months of cloud storage including other benefits such as theft replacement if your cameras are stolen and advanced AI features such as package, animal and person detection. You can cancel the renewal of this service at any time through your account. If you choose to unsubscribe, after the 12 month period you will no longer have access to any videos previously stored on your account, you will also lose access to our advanced AI features and the theft replacement service.
What happens after the 12 months expires?
You will be notified 5 days before your cloud storage service expires, this will include renewal costs and the option to unsubscribe from renewal of the service. If you do not unsubscribe, the renewal cost will be automatically taken from the billing details on your account.
What is the difference between 'My Account' and 'My Arlo'
To manage your subscription and view order details you can log in to 'My Account'. To setup your cameras and access video footage you need to log in to 'My Arlo' or use the app on your phone. These are two separate accounts, they will have the same email address but passwords may vary. The password you chose when purchasing your security kit should be used to log in to 'My Account'. The password you chose when asked to reset your password, should be used to log in to 'My Arlo'. These can be the same or can vary.
