Delivery times vary depending on where we deliver to in Switzerland.  

• Once your order has been dispatched, standard delivery takes 1-3 working days.
• Orders received before 10.30 am will be dispatched the same day. 
• Orders received after 10.30 a.m. will be dispatched the next working day. 

Once your order has been despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. You will be able to track where your order is and the expected delivery date by entering your tracking number on the couriers website.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. If you have an Arlo Shop Account, you can also find your tracking number in your Order Details.

Orders placed on the website www.arlo.com for delivery into Switzerland, will be delivered by UPS.

You will have various options to manage your delivery through the UPS website once a valid tracking number has been provided.

In Europe, we currently deliver to Germany, France, Sweden, Denmark, UK, Spain, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

You can also purchase Arlo products through many of our trusted retailers.
