Redemption – validity, single use, combinations

• Redemption: The promotion code ‘BUNDLE10’ must be added using the ‘Promotion Code’ box on cart page in order for the promotion to be activated. After You confirm Your insertion by clicking on it, the discounted subtotal price will be displayed. Further, both the original subtotal and the amount of the granted discount are displayed.

• Validity: The promotion “10% off Arlo Security Bundles” is valid on transactions placed between16th October 2023 and 31st October 2023, made through www.arlo.com/en_gb only. An extension of the validity is not possible. An unused promotion code will be lost once the validity period has expired.

• One promotional code per order: Only one promotional code may be used per order.

• Combining vouchers: The discount offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions are run on www.arlo.com/en_gb, unless otherwise stated.

• No cash payment and no retrospective deductions: A payment in cash or a retrospective deduction on already-confirmed orders is not possible.

• Delivery costs: Delivery and other costs that would be normally charged to customers, shall be applied to the items on promotion.

Deduction when purchasing and returning/cancelling products

• Partial deduction: When using the promotional code on several items in the cart, the total discount amount will be split across the individual prices of the items purchased, and shown as a total deduction in the order summary.

• Returned products: Any product returned will take into account the discount offered at purchase and the refund will be the price of the product minus the discount applied at time of purchase. If a bundled product is returned, the entire bundle of products need to be returned and not just one product from that bundle. All bundles are at the entire discretion of the company and can be changed or stopped at any time.

• Cancelled products: If the customer uses the promotional code for a purchase on www.arlo.com/en_gb and the order is cancelled before shipping, the customer shall be eligible to use the promotional code on the next eligible order, within the validity period.
