How do I reactivate a camera that I deactivated?
These instructions only apply to reactivating an Arlo camera or video doorbell to your Arlo Secure subscription plan if the device has been deactivated and listed under No Plan.
Note: If you performed a factory reset on your Arlo device or removed a device from your Arlo account, you must complete the new device setup process before you can use the camera or video doorbell with an Arlo subscription plan.
To activate an Arlo device from No Plan to Arlo Secure:
Note: The following steps are not currently available in the iOS app. iOS users need to use my.arlo.com.
- Launch the Arlo Android app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
- Tap or click Settings > Subscription > Manage Cameras.
- Under No Plan, tap or click and hold the three lines next to the camera or video doorbell you want to reactivate.
- Drag the selected device to the Arlo Secure field.
Your Arlo device is now activated with the Arlo Secure plan.
These instructions only apply to reactivating a camera that you deactivated in your Arlo account settings. If you performed a factory reset on a camera or removed a camera from your account, you must complete the new camera setup process before you can use the camera again.
To reactivate a camera:
- Launch the Arlo app or log in to your Arlo account at my.arlo.com.
- Tap or click Settings > Subscription > Manage Camera Status.
- Under Inactive Cameras, tap or click and hold the three lines next to the camera that you want to reactivate.
- Drag the selected camera to the Move camera here field.
Your camera is reactivated.
