How do I enable and disable Silent Mode for calls from my Arlo Doorbell?

Silent mode allows you to temporarily disable incoming calls, Arlo Chime melodies, and traditional chime rings on your Arlo Doorbell.
To turn off calls and enable Silent Mode for Arlo Doorbells:
For the Arlo Secure App experience with Feed:
- Launch the Arlo Secure App.
- Tap Devices.
- Select your Arlo Doorbell.
- Tap
- Tap Silent Mode.
- Tap the Silent Mode switch to enable or disable Silent Mode.
If you enable Silent Mode, incoming calls and chimes connected to the Arlo Doorbell will be turned off.
For the Arlo Secure App experience with Library:
- Launch the Arlo Secure App.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap My Devices.
- Select your Arlo Doorbell.
- Tap Silent Mode.
- Tap the Silent Mode switch to enable or disable Silent Mode.
If you enable Silent Mode, incoming calls and chimes connected to the Arlo Doorbell will be turned off.
When Silent Mode is enabled, all Arlo Doorbell button-press notifications are disabled by default. If you want to receive a phone call when someone presses your Arlo Doorbell or want a chime to ring, you can tap the individual switches to enable each feature. When the toggle switch is green, the feature is enabled.
- Incoming Call
- Your mobile device will receive a call when someone presses your Arlo Doorbell.
- Traditional Chime
- If a traditional chime is wired to your Arlo Doorbell, it will ring when someone presses your Arlo Doorbell button.
- Arlo Chime [Name]
- If you have an Arlo Chime paired to your Arlo Doorbell, the Arlo Chime will ring when someone presses your Arlo Doorbell button.
Note: When Silent Mode is enabled, third-party smart home assistants, such as Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are disabled for your Arlo Doorbell.
